PetArt AI allows users to create AI-generated images and videos using text prompts, templates, or photos. The content may vary based on themes such as pets, adventure, fun effects, and seasonal templates. Generated content is for entertainment and creative use only.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload inappropriate, offensive, or infringing content
  • Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
  • Reverse engineer or tamper with the App’s functionality
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others using the App
  • Bypass or interfere with access controls, limits, or paywalls

Content Accuracy and Limitations

Generated images or videos are powered by AI and are not guaranteed to be accurate, realistic, or consistent. Outcomes may vary. We do not take responsibility for misinterpretation or unexpected outputs.

Intellectual Property

The App, its code, visual design, templates, and logic are the intellectual property of PetArt AI and/or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written consent.

User-Generated Content

By submitting prompts, uploading images, or generating media, you:

  • Retain ownership of your original uploads
  • Grant us a limited license to process and improve our services
  • Acknowledge that we may anonymize and aggregate content for analytics or product enhancement

We do not use your content for advertising without explicit consent.

Privacy Policy

Use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your data.

Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • That the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • The reliability of generated content
  • That the App will meet your expectations

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetArt AI shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages, loss of content or data, or issues arising from third-party services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App without notice if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. You will be notified of material updates, and continued use of the App will constitute acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PetArt AI operates, without regard to conflict of law rules.
